Starters on the Buffet

  • Baby plum tomato and gorgonzola tart topped with fresh herbs and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
  • Smoked chicken and fennel terrine on a bed of marinated apple slivers.
  • Biltong salad with fresh strawberries, Rosa tomatoes, avocado an fresh rocket.
  • Caprese pasta salad with tomatoes, baby mozarella balls, fresh basil and olives tossed with sundried tomato dressing.

  • Fragrant Thai crab and fish cakes with a coriander and sweet chilli salsa.
  • Small bowls with traditional Greek salad drizzled with sun dried tomato dressing.
  • Citrus marinated calamari salad with spring onions and capers.
  • Miniature goat’s cheese and gorgonzola soufflés with sweet tomato chutney and shredded fresh rocket.
  • Marinated green and black olives.

Main Course Braai

  • Mustard and thyme chicken escallops grilled on the braai accompanied by a whole grain mustard cream sauce.
  • Thai lemongrass king prawn Satay skewered with limes.
