Starter Samples

  • Darne of Norwegian salmon poached in a creamy seafood bisque garnished with a queen prawn and drizzled with infused oils.


  • Prawn Tempura with Red Pepper Salsa, served on Asian green and drizzled with sesame and lime vinaigrette


  • Beef fillet carpaccio with fresh rocket ,olive oil and a squeeze of lime, topped with shaved parmesan and black pepper.


Main Course Samples

  • Grilled fillet of beef set on creamy parmesan infused mashed potatoes, accompnaied by grilled seasonal vegetables and topped with wild mushrooms in a rich red wine jus


  • Oven roasted fillet of chicken stuffed with sun-dried tomato, feta and basil served with a coucous timbale and grilled seasonal vegetables accompanied by a herb and white wine veloute sauce.


  • Grilled Scottish salmon marinated in lemon grass and ginger served with citrus linguine, freshly roasted vegetables, and a tomato and coriander salsa sauce



  • Lightly spiced apricot and pear tart tatin, served with cardamom Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries.


  • Decadent dark chocolate Mocha truffle tart infused with brandy and a touch of espresso coffee topped with preserved seasonal berries and sweet whipped cream.


  • Nougat and Hazelnut Liquer Panacotta with a nut brittle shard and winter citrus and mint salad.
